PURPOSE

This document provides a step-by-step guide for accessing voicemails on the Wildix softphone, mobile app, and hardphone.

All employees using Wildix softphone, mobile app, or hardphone.

PROCEDURE

1. Accessing Voicemails on the Wildix Softphone (Desktop Application)

1. Open the Wildix Softphone on your computer.
2. Click the "Voicemail" Button:
   • A list of your voicemails will appear.
3. Listen to a Voicemail:
   • Click the Download (or “Play”) icon next to the desired voicemail.
   • The voicemail will begin playing on your computer’s default audio device.

2. Accessing Voicemails on the Wildix Mobile App

1. Open the Wildix Mobile App on your smartphone.
2. Tap the "History" Icon (Clock Symbol):
   • You’ll see a list of recent calls and messages.
3. Tap the "Voicemail" Button:
   • A list of your voicemails will appear.
4. Listen to a Voicemail:
   • Tap the Download (or “Play”) icon to listen.

3. Accessing Voicemails on a Hardphone

1. *Dial 81 on your Wildix Hardphone.
2. Enter Your PIN:
   • If you’re unsure how to calculate your voicemail PIN, refer to the “Determining Your Wildix Voicemail PIN” document.
3. Listen to Prompts:
   • Follow the voice menu to play, delete, or save messages.
