Purpose
This guide explains how to log in to Wildix Collaboration 7 across all supported access methods: desk phone, web browser, Windows desktop app, and mobile app (iOS and Android).
Scope
Applies to all employees who use Wildix Collaboration 7. Your IT team pre-configures desk phones before deployment, so no login is required on those devices. All other access methods require a one-time sign-in with your company credentials.
Procedure
Desk Phone
Your desk phone has been pre-configured by ALPHA. No login is required. Pick up the handset or press the speakerphone button to place a call.
Note: If your desk phone displays a login prompt or shows "Not Registered," contact ALPHA.
Computer — Web Browser
- Open a web browser (Chrome or Edge recommended).
- Navigate to https://app.wildix.com.
- Select your sign-in method (informed by ALPHA):
- Microsoft 365 — click the Microsoft button and sign in with your company email and password.
- Username and password — enter your Wildix credentials directly.
- When prompted, allow browser permission to microphone, cameras, notifications, and location access. Wildix uses location for emergency services (E911) to correctly route calls if you need to dial 911.
- The Collaboration 7 interface will load. You are now logged in.
Computer — Windows Desktop App
- Download and install Wildix Collaboration 7 desktop app.
- Select your sign-in method (Microsoft 365 or username and password).
- Allow microphone, camera, and location permissions when prompted.
Note: The Windows desktop app is the recommended option for computer users. It provides more stable audio than the browser version and supports background noise reduction.
Smartphone — iOS and Android
- On your phone, open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Search for "Wildix Collaboration 7" and install the app.
- Select your sign-in method: Microsoft 365 or username and password.
- Allow microphone, camera, and notification permissions when prompted.
- You are now logged in. The app will remain connected in the background to receive incoming calls.
Note: Keep the app running in the background to receive calls. If you force-close the app, incoming calls will go directly to voicemail.
