REMINDERS
- This procedure only applies if you already have activated your ALPHA payment portal account.
- To request an ALPHA payment portal access, follow the steps HERE.
Step 1: Login to the ALPHA payment portal
Responsibilities:
- Click here to login.
- Enter your email address.
- Check the reCAPTCHA verification.
- Click the Reset Password button.

- Go to Step 2 if you forgot the email address associated with your ALPHA Payment Portal account.

A reset password notification will be emailed to you with a link to reset your password.
Step 2: Forgotten email address
Responsibilities:
- Perform this step if you forgot the email address associated with your ALPHA Payment Portal account.

Fill in the following under the Username tab:
- Your name
- Company name
- Contact number
- Check the reCAPTCHA verification.
- Click the Get Username button.

- Once complete, a member of our team will respond to your request as soon as possible.
