PROCEDURE
Step 1: Welcome email
Responsibilities: Finance

Our accounting department will send you a welcome email to set your account password for the first time.
Step 2: Set password
Responsibilities: Customer
- When you receive your welcome email, click the SET PASSWORD button.

On the set password page, enter a new password and confirm.
- Password must be at least 8 characters.
- Password must have at least 1 number and 1 special character.
- Click the Set Password button.

Step 3: Login to the payment portal
Responsibilities: Customer
- On the login page, enter the following:
- Email: this should be the email address that the welcome email is sent to.
- Password: this should be the password you set during step 2 of this procedure.
- Then, click the Sign In button to log in.

Step 4: Setup 2FA authentication
Responsibilities: Customer
- Click the Skip For Now button if you don't want to enable 2FA authentication.

To set up 2FA authentication for your account:
- Enter the mobile number that will receive the 2FA codes for authentication.
- Click Send Authentication Code button.

- Enter the verification code you have received via SMS into the text box.
- Click the Verify Code button.
- From there, you'll be done and redirected to your Account Dashboard.
